Now it's time to take the Graduation Survey. Use the link below. It will open in a new window and you will need to log in. It should take about ten minutes. When you are done, just close the new window.
Also, don't forget to print the last page and keep it with your other Graduation paperwork. You will need to show it to your advisor or program coordinator.
