State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA)

This program provides knowledge and skills for nurse aides to assume the role and responsibility required in a long term care setting. The focus is communication, infection control, safety, resident/patient rights, and basic nursing skills.

Certificate Information regarding the Nurse Aide Class:

  1. Successful completion of this course with a "C" or better will make you eligible to receive the Medicaid Nurse Aide – 5139012020 Certificate. 
  2. If you complete this course along with Phlebotomy and CPR, you can earn the Certified Medical Technician – 5108993039 Certificate.
