How Can I Contact My Advisor?
Students should contact their assigned advisors through e-mail, phone, or by making an appointment in AdvisorTrac. To locate the assigned advisor name and contact information please log into your student self-service account. To make an appointment with your advisor, login to your Blackboard and click the "Starfish" link to the left.
ACTC students can send an e-mail to the advising center at as_advisors@kctcs.edu to make a general inquiry about class schedules, advising holds, or transferring. This e-mail service is checked Monday-Friday during regular business hours, and students should expect a response within 24 hours. Students may also call 606.326.2040 directly to reach the advising center.
