ACTC Theatre

The curtain is rising on a newly renovated J. B. Sowards Theatre.
Originally opened in the 1970s, the theatre has long been a special part of our campus and community. While technology updates have kept it functional over the years, it had not undergone a major renovation—until now.

This revitalized space honors its history while offering a refreshed, modern environment for performances, presentations, and student experiences. We’re incredibly proud to see new life breathed into a place that has meant so much to so many.

As we transition into the renovated theater, initial programming will focus on campus events. Updates regarding future availability will come later in 2027.
