SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our START Program is looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates seeking a full-time opportunity to learn and grow their skills in Cloud technologies. This new program acts as a career onramp helping build real-world experience while working with clients in one of Capgemini’s Delivery Centers or client sites. It is geared to those looking to change industries and gain experience in a field outside of their main expertise. The program offers fast-paced career progression based on ability or potential with the opportunity to grow into the following career paths:
- Software Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Product Owner
- Product Engineer
- Business Analyst
- Delivery Architect
What will you learn to do?
- Write the programming code that brings new apps to life
- Define, design, and deliver new applications with your teammates
- Support implementation of new technologies, ensuring a Successful transition to what’s new
- Build Cloud Infrastructure components
- Embed in various product teams to work on non-functional requirements and build pipelines for automation with direction from a DevOps Engineer
- Gain experience solving a range of problems across broad technical systems as part of a Service Desk
- Interact with technology users to problem solve and troubleshoot solutions

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Required
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high-volume workload and complex priorities
Preferred
- Exposure to programming languages like Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, Django, etc.
- Associates, non-technical Bachelor’s degree or technical Bootcamp
