Lance McComis is a partner in VanAntwerp Attorneys, LLP. Lance has provided guidance
in trusts and estates since 1999. Lance concentrates his practice in the area of
estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate and business transactions.
Prior to joining VanAntwerp Attorneys, LLP, Lance served as in-house Trust Counsel
and Vice President of a large regional bank with assets in excess of one billion dollars.
That experience provides Lance with a unique perspective that he uses when drafting
estate planning which results in cost savings to his clients and more effectively
addresses their concerns.
Lance advises individuals in all areas of wealth management, including federal gift
and estate tax planning, charitable gifting, generation skipping tax planning, asset
protection planning and business succession planning.
Lance serves on the boards of the Paramount Arts Center, the Kentucky Community &
Technical College System Foundation, the Jesse Stuart Foundation, Community Kitchen
of Ashland, Kentucky and as a past President of the Greater Huntington Estate Planning
Council and the Ashland Rotary Club.
