Mrs. Kelly was born in Huntington, West Virginia but is a lifelong resident of Ashland, Kentucky. She attended Ashland Independent Schools and graduated from Ashland Paul Blazer High School.
Upon earning a BA in Education from the University of Kentucky and a MA in Secondary Education from Morehead State University. Mrs. Kelley was employed as an educator in both public and private schools for 36 years. Mrs. Kelley is President of Kelley Enterprises, Inc. which has provided payroll and medical billing services for area physicians.
She has served her community in various volunteer capacities, including the Community & Technical College Foundation of Ashland, a long term on the Ashland Park Board and Paramount Women’s Association. In her position as an educator she routinely and successful participated as a coach and sponsor of extra-curricular programs at her school.
Mrs. Kelley is a mother of two sons, John Fedde and Clay Fedde and resides in Ashland with her husband, Jeffrey Tarbox.
