I graduated from Russell High School in 1967, then received an Associate’s degree from Ashland Community College in 1969. I transferred to the University of Kentucky where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, then attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry graduating with a Doctor of Dentistry degree. After a short assignment to the United States Air Force I returned to Ashland to begin my dental career. I practiced dentistry for 43 years and am currently retired. My wife, Beverly, and I have one daughter, Courtney, and she has blessed us with two wonderful grandchildren, Quinn and Silas. I have served on the ACTC Foundation Board for 20 years.
