REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

FOR TEACHERS

If you are a teacher who is the adult sponsor on a student project, you must register before registering your students. 

Please click REGISTER HERE (Teacher) to register your project for the 2020 ACTC FIVCO SEF.

FOR CHAPERONES

If you are a chaperone who will attend the fair and accompany students, please complete the registration form below. We ask that parents do not register as an attendee for the fair. Please inform parents who wish to come to the fair, they are permitted to do so during the open-house scheduled from noon – 12:30 p.m.

Chaperone Registration

 

FOR STUDENTS

Please click REGISTER HERE (Student) to register your project for the 2020 ACTC FIVCO SEF.

Once you click the link, please click “Registration” in the top right-hand corner. Students have the option to register their project as an “Individual” or “Team”.

For “Team” projects, please register ONE TIME. This form requires both team members to enter their information on the same form. There is no need for both team members to register individually. Please use the “TEAM” form for TEAM PROJECTS.

You will be required to create a Username and Password to access your account going forward. When asked to provide an email, please use your student email address.

Once you have completed the Student Registration form, click SUBMIT. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your Username and Password. You may want to print this email for your records.

Next, you will be asked to enter your Project Information. There are serval sections that you are required to fill out. After you completed each section successfully, each section will turn from green to orange and will have a checkmark to indicate your completion.

Please note that under Files and Forms you will answer a set of 9 questions to determine which forms you will need to upload. Once you have answered the questions and click Submit, it will tell you which ISEF forms are needed to register your project.

To upload your forms, click the “UPLOAD YOUR FILES”. Once you click this link, all the forms that are required to register your project will be listed below. Beside each form, there will be a checkbox. When uploading, ISEF-1 form, for example, you must click the checkbox and then click the blue “UPLOAD FILE” button. You will need to do this for each form you upload. Please note that for TEAM projects, you will need to upload each team members ISEF-1b and Student Waiver- Release form. You have the option to upload the downloadable pdf on our website you completed prior to the start of your project. You will be asked to upload a “STUDENT WAIVER – Release” form and that form is located by clicking this click: Student Waiver Release

Once you have uploaded all forms, the “FILES AND FORMS” button will remain orange with an hourglass icon indicating that your forms are pending review from our SRC Committee. Once reviewed and approved, the button will turn green.

After all areas of Project Wizard are complete (all buttons are green, with the exception of Files and Forms), you may Logout.

Registration is COMPLETE. If you need to make changes to your account, you can do so by clicking the “LOGIN” link in the top right-hand corner.
