Another fall semester is coming to a close and the holiday season is under way. Students
have finished their courses, faculty have submitted their grades and staff are taking
care of end-of year business.
A flurry of events this month demonstrated different aspects of our mission. We updated high school counselors on college services, held an express enrollment event to get students ready for the spring semester and provided enrichment activities for youth, such as the FIRST LEGO League competition.
While our campuses will be closed from Dec. 18-Jan. 1, we are still offering one more
opportunity for students to register for classes before the first of the year. The
ACTC Winter One Stop on Dec. 28 will allow for some last minute help with class scheduling,
advising, financial aid assistance and more.
Going into the New Year, I’d like to thank everyone who has helped the college meet our educational goals throughout the year. Now it is time to enjoy the holiday season. I wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
