ACTC names All-Academic Team students

Ashland Community and Technical College is pleased to announce that Lacey Estep and Tiffany Kiwabonga were named to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) All-Academic Team for the 2019-20 academic year.
Thirty-two students, two from each of the 16 colleges, were selected by KCTCS for this prestigious recognition. All-Academic Team. Students were chosen based on a rigorous process that focuses on academic performance and community service.
Lacey Estep is a resident of Kitts Hill, Ohio, and she earned an Associate Degree in Science. During her time at ACTC, she was the secretary of correspondence for the Alpha Omega Gamma Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and a peer success mentor in the eLearning Lab. She plans to transfer to a four-year institution to pursue a psychology degree.
Tiffany Kiwabonga is resident of Ashland, Ky., and she earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree — Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. During her time at ACTC, she was a work study for the financial aid office at the Technology Drive Campus, Student Government Association President and Phi Theta Kappa Vice President of the Technology Drive Campus. She was also a member of the KCTCS Student Leadership Academy and the Kentucky Student Advisory Council. She plans to transfer to Shawnee State University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
