
ACTC Theatre announces fall season, auditions

Ashland Community and Technical College Theatre has announced its fall semester
schedule. Three shows are on deck, with something for everyone in store.
Jane Modlin directs Robin Hawdon’s comedy “A Perfect Wedding” on Nov. 2 and 3.
“A Perfect Wedding” deals with a wedding day gone horribly, and hilariously, wrong.
Auditions for will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27 and Tuesday, Aug. 28 in the J.B. Sowards
Theatre on ACTC’s College Drive Campus. Parts are available for two men and four women.
Other upcoming productions are:
• Born out of the New Play Festival of the past five years, a Playwrights Showcase,
Dec. 3, will feature readings of student written work.
• Carols for a Cause will return to showcase area youth for a second year, on
Dec. 8.
