Planning for Retirement Program Starts May 28

Planning for Retirement sessions will begin at Ashland Community and Technical College on May 28. The sessions are led by financial planning, investment and legal experts who have a total of 250 years of experience in helping people prepare for the future.

The time to begin planning for a comfortable retirement and disposition of your assets is now, said Frank Salisbury, ACTC Director of Advancement.

The sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, May 28 and 30, will include Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare, investment strategies, rollovers, IRAs and annuities.

Sponsored by ACTC and the ACTC Foundation, the free sessions will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center Teleconference Room at ACTCs College Drive Campus. Space is limited on a first-come basis.
