KY Real Estate Exam Preparation

This refresher course will help people get ready for the Kentucky Real Estate exam for sales associates or brokers. The class will be held Mondays, Sept. 23 to Oct. 28, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the ACTC Roberts Drive Campus

Instructor Bea Rice is a KY licensed real estate broker with more than ten years of real estate experience. She has served on the board of directors for the Ashland Area Board of Realtors and is co-owner and manager of the Ross Real Estate Services branch in Greenup County.
