KY Real Estate Exam Prep Class

This course will help participants prepare for the Kentucky Real Estate Salesperson or Broker exams with a review of the basics of Kentucky real estate transactions.

The instructor is Bea Rice, a KY licensed real estate broker with more than ten years of real estate experience. She has served on the board of directors for the Ashland Area Board of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year for 2010. She is co-owner and manager of the Greenup County branch of Ross Real Estate Services.
