High School Graduate Open House May 18

Ashland Community and Technical College will hold a Special Open House for high school graduates and their parents on Tuesday, May 18, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Technology Drive Campus in EastPark.

The Open House for this years graduates and their parents will include tours of the new expansion at Technology Drive, including classrooms, labs, Library, Cafeteria, Bookstore and student service areas. Faculty and staff will be on hand with information on admissions, financial aid and program options.

With the $35 million Phase II expansion, dedicated April 26, the campus now includes more than 132,000 square feet of modern building space on 30.5 acres in the EastPark Industrial Park.

Programs in electronic, industrial maintenance, machine tool and welding technology are already at the campus. This summer, programs in applied process technology, business administration, air conditioning, air conditioning, information technology, office systems technology will move to Technology Drive from the College Drive and Roberts Drive campuses. Transfer and general education courses will also be offered.

Classes will be held at the expanded campus in Summer Session I from May 24 to June 25, and Summer Session II from June 28 to July 30.

Beginning this fall, the campus will offer associate in science and associate in arts transfer degrees, and associate of applied science degrees, diplomas and certificates in technical fields.

Technology Drive is located off KY 67, the Industrial Parkway, approximately two miles north of I-64 at Exit 179 and approximately 12 miles south of US 23 near Greenup.
