Get Your Boat Ready for Winter

Start preparing your boat for the winter with a class in Marine Tune-up and Minor Maintenance. Your boat and accessories can be a major investment, and proper maintenance can make that investment last a long time.

Participants will learn winterization and spring preparation of boats, hull and trailer maintenance, boat motor tune-up and repair of trolling motors and accessories. Alfred Caproni, a retired ACTC auto mechanics instructor, will teach the class.

The class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 19 to Dec. 14, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Automotive Maintenance lab at the Roberts Drive Campus in the Automotive Maintenance lab. The 45 hour class fee is $235.
