FIVCO Science Fair Rescheduled

Due to school closings caused by inclement weather, the second annual ACTC/FIVCO Area Science amp; Engineering Fair has been rescheduled from February 7 to February 21, and the entry registration deadline has been moved from January 24 to February 7.

Ashland Community and Technical College is coordinating this fair to promote and recognize student achievements in science and engineering, with support through a grant from Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc.

The Fair is designed for students in fourth to twelfth grades in public, parochial or home-based schools in Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup and Lawrence Counties in Kentucky. Each student may enter one individual or group project, and group projects are limited to three student participants.
