Fall Grayson Lake Cleanup Sept. 24

The ACTC Grayson Lake Fall Cleanup is Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Cleanup started as a service learning project for students but expanded last spring to include the whole college. ACTC students, faculty, staff and their families and friends are welcome, and children can participate provided there is close parental supervision.

The project will involve to walking, driving or riding on a boat to clean up the area. Please wear close-toed shoes and working clothes, with an extra layer of clothing for cool weather and a bottle of water. Lunch will be provided by Marathon Petroleums Marine Division.

Directions to Grayson Lake : Cleanup participants are responsible for their own transportation and will meet at 50 Launch Ramp Road in Grayson. Grayson Lake is about 40 miles from Ashland.
