Couponing Class at ACTC

Frugal Living for Big Spending is a couponing class designed to help people maximize their shopping dollars. Melinda Hester, author of a couponing column in The Independent, will provide tips on how to organize and build coupons, when and how to use them, and how to keep up on changes to couponing rules.

The class will meet at Ashland Community and Technical College on Thursdays, Oct. 25 to Nov. 15, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The fee is $19, and enrollment is through ACTC Community Education, 606-326-2072, 800-928-4256 ext. 62072 or email: as_ce@kctcs.edu.
