Burroway in KCTCS Leadership Seminar

Sarah Diamond Burroway, ACTC Director of Grants and Contracts, was selected to participate in the 2010-2011 Kentucky Community and Technical College Systems (KCTCS) President's Leadership Seminar.

She was one of 17 faculty and staff members in the state-wide system who were nominated for the program by their college presidents and selected by Dr. Michael McCall, KCTCS President.

Participants in the seminar in October explored such broad-ranging issues as leadership traits, national issues and trends, professionalism, media relations and customer service.

Burroway, an ACTC alumna and resident of Flatwoods, KY, joined the college in 2008. She has a Bachelors Degree in University Studies from Morehead State University and a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University in WV.

She is a 2008 graduate of the Ashland KY Alliance Community Leadership Development program and a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Tri-State program for future leaders in the Ironton Ohio, Ashland Kentucky and Huntington West Virginia area.
