ACTC Offers Basic Sign Language Class

A Basic Sign Language I class will be held at ACTC Fridays, April 8 to May 13, 2016 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Participants will learn how to use sign language in their daily lives, allowing the hearing and the deaf to communicate with each other.

Instructor Nathan Frisby was born deaf and learned Sign Language as his first language. He then learned to speak English as a second language at the age of 12.
