Ashland Community and Technical College hosted its fall 2026 Health Sciences and Health Professions Career Fair on the College Drive Campus on Monday, Oct. 26, with 154 students and alumni in attendance.

The event provided students with valuable opportunities to advance their careers.

“We had a great turnout at today’s career fair,” said Ashley Vanderpool, ACTC career services coordinator. “Our nursing faculty created a bingo game that encouraged students to visit each employer’s table, and we love seeing creative ideas like this that get students engaged.”

The 16 employers and 27 representatives who participated offered valuable networking opportunities for students and alumni.

“Career fairs are all about exploring opportunities, making connections, and discovering career paths you may not have known existed,” said Vanderpool.

Participating employers included: Avid Health at Home, Community Hospice, Jordan Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center, Kentucky Career Center-TENCO, Marshall Health, Marshall Health Network, Necco Center, NKCAA (Kynect), Premier Health, Ramey-Estep/Re-group, River Park Hospital, Southern Ohio Medical Center, UK Kings Daughters/UK St. Claire, US Coast Guard, Valley Health, and WV Departments of Health, Health Facilities, and Human Services.
