ACTC winter session begins Dec. 15

For those wanting to get a jump start on the 2026 spring semester, Ashland Community and Technical College is offering a short winter session of both in-person and online classes.

Enrollment is open now for classes that begin on Dec. 15. The four-week session ends on Jan. 11. Students can register until the first day of class. 

The following classes will be taught in-person at Technology Drive: Cutting Processes (and lab), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (and lab), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (and labs), Gas Metal Arc Welding (and labs), and Welding Certification (and lab).

Online classes include Medical Office Terminology, Intro to Sociology, Technical Mathematics, and Corequisite Remediation for Technical Math.
