Published on Aug 26, 2025

The Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM), in partnership with Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), will host the 2025 Eastern Kentucky Regional Briefing on Wednesday, Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) Technology Drive Campus.

“KAM’s Regional Briefings are an invaluable opportunity for manufacturers in Kentucky to connect with peers, hear directly from industry and policy leaders, and gain timely insights that impact their operations and growth,” said Caroline Scott, KAM director of public relations. “By attending, manufacturers gain both practical insights and lasting connections that strengthen businesses across the Commonwealth.”

The event will feature speakers and panelists from regional manufacturers and service providers, a government affairs update, lunch, and a tour of the ACTC campus. Discussions will focus on local challenges, opportunities, solutions, and best practices to support Kentucky’s manufacturing industry.

“ACTC is elated to have our manufacturing partners on campus with KAM to foster communication and innovation in this critical sector of our economy,” said Dr. Larry Ferugson, ACTC President and CEO.

The event is open to the public. Registration is $25 per person. Register online at kam.us.com.
