Celebrating another successful Technical and Professional Career Fair at ACTC

technical-career-fairThursday, March 14, marked the culmination of Ashland Community and Technical College’s Spring 2024 Technical and Professional Career Fair, and it was an outstanding success. ACTC extends our appreciation to our Career Services Department, dedicated staff, faculty, and volunteers for their tireless efforts in bringing this event to life.

“Our recent career fair at Technology Drive Campus was not only a tremendous networking opportunity, but also a gateway to numerous new internship opportunities for our students. With record attendance from employers, the event’s success speaks volumes, attracting participants and alumni from over three hours away. It’s a true testament to its excellence,” ACTC Career Services Coordinator, Ashley Vanderpool, shared. 

A huge thank you goes out to the 43 employers and 81 representatives who participated, providing invaluable networking avenues for our students and alumni.

A total of 159 students and alumni attended the fair, seizing the chance to explore potential career paths and connect with industry professionals.

A second Career Fair for Health Sciences and Health Professions will be held Monday, March 25 at ACTC’s College Drive Campus from 11AM-1PM.
