ACTC to host registration event for summer, fall classes

ASHLAND, Ky. – Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) will be hosting a Fall Classes Registration Event on Monday, June 7 and Tuesday, June 8.

The event will be offered on both College Drive and Technology Drive Campuses from 8:30 A.M. to 3 P.M. 

Those who attend will be able to learn more about programs offered at ACTC, apply for admission, discuss financial aid options, take a tour of campus, complete new student orientation and register for Summer or Fall classes. 

Prospective students registering for classes might need to complete placement testing, which will only be offered on June 8. 

Students can call 606-326-2040 to pre-register if they would like, but walk-in placement testing will be available at Technology Drive Campus between 8:30 A.M. and 1 P.M as well as at College Drive Campus between 9 A.M. and 2:30 P.M.

"The Fall Classes Registration Event is a great time for prospective students to visit the campus,” said Brittany Spillman, ACTC Admissions Recruiter. “These dates are perfect for the student who has questions, is unsure which enrollment steps are left, or is nervous about the process. I encourage students to plan to be with us the majority of the day, especially if they think they have many steps to complete. My hope is students will leave campus on these dates confident and excited to attend ACTC in the fall."
