High School/GED Transcripts

  • If you attended a Kentucky high school, you can request your high school transcript at parchment.com.

There is an option to select Ashland Community and Technical College as a recipient. However, our email is as_admissions@kctcs.edu if you are asked to provide it.
  • If you attended a non-Kentucky high school or your transcript is not located in Parchment, please contact the high school you graduated from to obtain your transcript. Transcripts must be delivered to ACTC directly from your high school either via email to: as_admissions@kctcs.edu or mailed to Ashland Communtity and Technical College, ATTN: Welcome Center, 1400 College Drive, Ashland KY 41101.

  • If you obtained your GED, you can request your test scores at ged.com/life_after_ged

College Transcripts

Request all transcripts from previously attended non-KCTCS colleges. Check the former college website for information on how to send your transcript to ACTC. This includes college classes that were taken as dual-credit in high school.

ACTC can use an unweighted cumulative high school GPA for placement. Your GPA is located on your high school transcript.

If you obtained less than a 2.2 high school GPA, you may need to submit placement test scores.

You may also take the KYOTE or TABE test locally at ACTC. To schedule an exam, please contact AS_Welcome@KCTCS.edu

  • Paid your bill in full. This can be completed on your Student Self-Service.
