What is Advanced Integrated Technology?
The Advanced Integrated Technology (AIT) program is a program of study that employs the principles of manufacturing and technology integration. These skill sets include manufacturing principles, robotics, PLC programming, drive configuration and advanced electric motor control, used in modern industry.
The curriculum also addresses the need for critical thinking, communication skills, problem solving strategies and troubleshooting techniques for the latest generations of high tech equipment in today’s Manufacturing environment. Students in this program will have hands on opportunities to train on pieces of equipment that will be utilized in the Braidy Aluminum Mill.
Career Path
AIT graduates who complete this program will have acquired skill sets that can provide
them
with opportunities to work in today’s technically advanced industrial settings.

You can earn an associate in applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status.
