- *To register for classes, students can call the Advising Center (606-326-2040) or email AS_Advisors@kctcs.edu to schedule an appointment with their advisor.
- **Payment arrangements may include: Veterans, Third-party pay, Financial Aid, payment plan, and/or self-pay.
- *** Students who plan to graduate during the Summer 2026 term, are invited to Spring 2026 graduation in May. However, you must submit your graduation application to the Registrar prior to March 31, 2026. Students who wish to participate in Spring 2026 graduation can submit their graduation application following the above calendar deadline of June 1, 2026.
- During June and July, college offices are only open Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Offices are closed on Friday
