- *To register for classes, students can call the Advising Center (606-326-2040) or email AS_Advisors@kctcs.edu to schedule an appointment with their advisor.
- **Payment arrangements may include: Veterans, Third-party pay, Financial Aid, payment plan, and/or self-pay.
- *** Students who plan to graduate during the Summer 2024 term, are invited to Spring 2024 graduation. However, you must submit your graduation application to the Registrar prior to April 1, 2024. Students who wish to participate in Spring 2024 graduation can submit their graduation application following the above calendar deadline of May 30, 2024.
- During June and July, college offices are only open Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Offices are closed on Friday
