Payment Plans

It’s Easy to Enroll:

  1. Go to Student Self Service and Log in

  2. Select Make a Payment

  3. Select Pay All Charges then click Next

  4. Select Setup Official Payment Plan then click Next

  5. Select Setup Payment Plan

  6. Enroll in payment plan

Please note: your payment plan doesn’t go into effect until you submit the agreement and receive a confirmation.

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit Card/debit card

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate

  • $25 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & Credit card)
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Although all down payments are process immediately, your payment will not post to your ACTC account for several days.

e-Cashier availability
Availability of a e-Cashier is determined by Ashland Community & Technical College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.

Balance adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online at www.mypaymentplan.com or call ACTC at 606.326.2013 to confirm the change.
