My positive experiences at ACTC began with the Adult Education Program at Roberts Drive. I got the tutoring and classes in ESL and basic skills so that I could earn a GED and take the COMPASS test.
At ACTC, faculty and staff employees are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Student Support Services can helped me with the transition to college. The class schedules are flexible, so I can to go to school and work at the same time. I am able to get an education for a reasonable price. I have been able to enjoy activities and meet other students with the Multicultural Student Organization and Phi Theta Kappa. As for the nursing field, if a person has the desire to care for others, nursing is a good choice and a rewarding one.
