Cost of Services

The Adult Education Program does not charge students for services that are considered to be "usual and customary". Usual and customary services include educational offerings below the post-secondary level - such as adult education and literacy, family literacy, ESL. If the services provided exceed the definition of "usual and customary", programs may charge students a fee in order to recover the actual cost. The program is funded by the KY Adult Education, Council on Postsecondary Education.

Location & Directions

The core of the Adult Education Program is located at Ashland Community & Technical College, 4818 Roberts Drive in Ashland.

Directions from I-64

1. Take Exit 185 to Ashland
2. Turn onto SR-180 N and drive 1.9 miles.
3. SR-180 N becomes US-60 E. Drive an additional 4.7 miles.
4. Turn left onto SR-766 (Bob McCullough Drive) and drive 0.5 miles to the end of SR-766.
5. Turn left. Ashland Community & Technical College is on your left.
6. Left front of College, entrance in rear.

Directions from US-52

1. Take the Ashland, KY exit.
2. Go straight on 12th street for 1 mile.
3. 12th street becomes US-60 W. Travel straight for another 2.9 miles.
4. Turn right onto SR-766 (Bob McCullough Drive) and drive 0.5 miles to the end of SR-766.
5. Turn left. Ashland Community & Technical College is on your left.
6. Left front of College, entrance in rear.

Directions coming in from Greenup

1. South on US 23 into Ashland.
2. Stay in right lane as you will need to turn right on 12th Street (at Blue Ribbon Bowling Alley).
3. Go straight on 12th street for 1 mile.
4. 12th street becomes US-60 W. Travel straight for another 2.9 miles.
5. Turn right onto SR-766 (Bob McCullough Drive) and drive 0.5 miles to the end of SR-766.
6. Turn left. Ashland Community & Technical College is on your left.
7. Left front of College, entrance in rear.
