Parsons Building Renovation

The Parsons Building was gifted to the Foundation serving ACTC in the fall of 2006 by Perry & Susan Madden.  They gave the building to the Foundation contingent on two conditions:

• The building would be used by the College in its programs and;
• The Highlands Museum and Discovery Center would remain as a tenant

Plans for renovating the building include a total new mechanical and electrical infrastructure and renovation of the 2^nd through 5^th floors. 

Classrooms for Health Science and other disciplines would occupy the 2^nd & 3^rd floors. A new Business & Industry Center would occupy the 4^th floor and A Conference Center capable of 400 participants would be facilitated on the 5^th floor.
