Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit Card/debit card

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate

  • $25 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & Credit card)
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple steps to enroll

  • Go to Student Self Service and Log in
  • Select Finances, My Account, then Account Inquiry
  • Select "What I Owe" at the bottom right of the screen
  • Select Setup a Payment Plan, then Proceed
  • Find the Pay Plan next to the term and the balance to be budgeted.

Please note, your payment plan does not go into effect until you submit the agreement and receive a confirmation from NBS

Although all down payments are process immediately, your payment will not post to your ACTC account for several days.

e-Cashier availability
Availability of a e-Cashier is determined by Ashland Community & Technical College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.

Balance adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online at www.mypaymentplan.com or call ACTC at 606.326.2013 to confirm the change.
