  • Each student will have a check sheet listing courses required for the program selected as their major.
  • Students who are undecided will follow the AA or AS check sheet until a major is selected.
  • Students planning to transfer to a four-year institution will also follow the AA/AS check sheet.

 Consult a Program Check Sheet or Semester Plan

Students changing their major need to fill out the Application/Student Record Update Form and submit it to the Office of Admissions. Students changing their name, address, and/or phone number can do so with this form or in their Student Self Service account.
