Training topics include basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature considerations, cleaning and sanitation.

The class will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the certification exam will be Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at ACTC’s Technology Drive Campus.  The $220 fee includes training, textbook and certification testing.
